This kitchen has an inviting and spacious feel to it now. The addition of the hickory cabinets with the light stain warmed up this space a great deal. The plumbing was relocated and a Garden window was installed. The new window adds a great deal of natural light. By moving the kitchen sink and dishwasher over this homeowner was able to maximum every inch of the new found space. They added an appliance garage, tall upper cabinetry, a lazy susan and a new pantry with roll out drawers. The space is truly functional!

Another view. We added a microwave hood for even more added space. That granite is really something!

Two entry roof coverings were added over these units at a Reno Triplex. After the engineering was completed and the permit in place, it was a matter of days to get the coverings installed and painted. These eliminate liability and create a comfortable space for entering and exiting the home.

This Master bathroom has been restructured for functional convenience and offers a spa like effect with its beautiful granite walls. The owner picked that granite as it resembles trees, This spacious shower with the built-in seat is exactly what this homeowner had envisioned. The shower received a water tight shower enclosure with oil rubbed bronze trim that protects the flooring from damage. In order to see the whole spectrum of the inside of this shower, we chose to show this photo. With the bathtub removed the owner utilized a portion of that space for the toilet. The bathroom received a whole new look!

This Master Bathroom received an updated face-lift. The new materials lend to a contemporary feel. The two mirrors and fixtures really divide the space so it appears larger.

King Bee improved the Sauna benches and flooring in this once heavily used sauna by manufacturing benches and back rests out of pressure treated red cedar wood. The existing flooring was in need of update too and with proper cleaning and preparation a new anti-slip floor coating that could tolerate the high heat was installed.

Two tall picture windows were installed in this once dark stairwell. The view of the city is impeccable from these windows and the stairwell is now lit, that equals a happy homeowner.

A basic project with a big impact. We removed the wall paper, prepared the wall for paint, installed new
